This is a call to all gladiator stables (countries). Bring out your finest warriors to prove whose is best. Test your stock against the fiercest creatures and
warriors from all corners of the realm. There will be many events to compete in, but to participate in one, your stable must compete in them all. The events
will range from 2 man freestyle teams to gladiator ladder battles, small battles, large battles and lots of things in between. If you think your stable is the
best then come on and accept the challenge!

The Ti-carid do not stable your slaves we put them in one large room. If we stabled all of our slaves we wouldn't have any room. Besides, it promotes
breeding.

Owning a gladiator stable is not the same as quartering common slaves. Stables are where we send our best slaves to be groomed for combat in the arena. As for reproduction, the gladiators have first pick of the finest available female stock, the best gladiators are also taught to read and write as they are an important part of the national culture, one must be very careful when extending such privelages lest they lead to discontent and the slaves become the masters. We have a saying where I am from (not R'Lyeh, thats just where I live) If ever you wonder what it is like to be a slave, own some and you will soon find out. |

Not all that fought in the arena were slaves, freed men and citizens often sought fame and fortune inside the battle arena, if you can rent your services to a country before the event starts then that is good, if not any leftovers will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. That is at the next event, country battles. |
